Treatment options for relapsed/refractory (advanced) hematologic malignancies have progressed rapidly in only the last decade. Development of revolutionary treatment options, including CAR T-cell therapy, novel immunotherapies, and novel chemotherapeutic agents has only accelerated since the first product targeting CD19 was developed in 2003.
