The 9th Annual Pediatric Update for APPs is the annual continuing education conference hosted by the NCH APP Council. There will be a variety of topics covered throughout the day including antimicrobial stewardship, Ethics Committee at NCH, update on novel medications at NCH, drug overdoses and treatments, IEP/405 & School Forms, Clinical Pathways at NCH, Respiratory Therapy review and treatments, and mental health and self-care for providers. There will also be a poster walk at the conference.
- Recognize signs and symptoms of medical disorders and topics covered throughout the conference
- Apply appropriate treatments including pharmacologic management of topics covered throughout the conference
- Demonstrate understanding of roles and appropriate referrals for NCH Ethics Committee, Respiratory Therapy, and Wound Team
