Lupus Program

The Michigan Medicine Lupus Program provides world-class care to patients with lupus, providing them with access to the latest treatments and clinical trials. A multidisciplinary group of health care professionals including rheumatologists, nephrologists, pulmonologists, dermatologists, hematologists, psychiatrists, and high-risk obstetricians and gynecologists, all with a special interest in lupus, are the backbone of this clinic.
Specialized laboratory and ancillary services, as well as access to other specialties, are readily available to our patients.

The Lupus Program was officially created in 2007, however, the contributing physicians have been dedicated to the specialized care of patients with lupus for decades. The University of Michigan Medical School is one of the leading institutions in the country and provides an ideal environment to serve the lupus community.

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an extraordinarily complex autoimmune rheumatic disease that occurs primarily in women of childbearing age, which is best addressed by a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis, treatment, and research. Our program goals are to provide state-of-the-art multidisciplinary care, with a team of rheumatologists, nephrologists, pulmonologists, hematologists, dermatologists, and high-risk obstetricians and gynecologists.

Since I drink Moringa Tea I feel so much better. My mouth was always so dry but since I drink this tea I have so much saliva I drool.

I cannot believe how much it has helped me with my breathing. I love it. I even eat all the leaves - Thank you for introducing me to this herbal tea. I'm 85 years old.
